expensive laundry

i was completely let down by the so-called superior king room, where the claustrophobic view felt like a prison! after asking for a different room—with extra charges, of course—I encountered a rude owner who couldn’t bother to acknowledge me. and let’s not even discuss the laundry prices… silly me for thinking i deserved a little special treatment.

A tranquil escape in the city

The Marigold Lanna Hotel is truly my home away from home in Chiang Mai. The staff's warmth and attention to detail brought comfort during my stay. The breakfast spread was delish, with fresh fruits and drinks that fueled my adventures throughout the day!

While my stay was delightful, there was some noise during the night from motorbikes outside, which slightly affected my sleep. Additionally, I noticed there was no towel rack in the bathroom, which would have been a useful addition.

The hotel is located on a bustling street, making it impossible to open windows for fresh air without noise!!! A slight upgrade in soundproofing would greatly enhance the experience!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic with so many delicious options, and I loved the cozy, well-equipped Deluxe King Room. The only downside was that the space felt a bit crowded at times.

excellent service

had an amazing stay at marigold lanna! the hotel has a chill yet elegant vibe, with every detail perfectly thought out, especially the refreshing water station after a day out. it’s close to the city attractions and there’s a fantastic local restaurant just a minute away! highly appreciate the staff's top-notch care and assistance during my stay.

It was just a good match for a date night in Chiang Mai with great value-to-price ratio. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the pleasant water station that refreshed us after exploring. Try to check out local laundry services for better prices. the hotel charges a bit too much.

great location

The vibe was chill yet elegant (loved the little water station after exploring! ). The spacious bathroom and plenty of storage made our stay comfortable. Easy access to great local food and just steps from a lovely park.
